Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
• Items without original packaging
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

90-Day Warranty

All Wimmi products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to a defect within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
